Grean ("we," "us," "our") is built by and for the disability community. Because we ask for your trust with information that can be personal — including how disability shows up in your financial life — we want to be plain about what we collect, why, and how it's protected. This policy covers everyone who interacts with Grean: individual community members and families, as well as the companies, financial institutions, and organizations who partner with us.

Two Kinds of Relationships, One Policy

Grean serves two audiences, and this policy applies to both:

• Community members and families — individuals who join our VIP waitlist, use the Directory, or participate in the Cohort or Financial Joy Grade.
• Corporate and institutional partners — companies, financial institutions, and organizations who submit a partnership inquiry or become a Founders, VIP, or Diamond partner.

Where our practices differ between these two groups, we say so explicitly below.

What We Collect From Our Community

Right now, joining the Grean Wealth VIP list requires only your email address. As Grean grows to include surveys, the Financial Joy Grade, and the full Directory, we may ask for additional information you choose to share, such as:

• Your name and contact information
• Self-reported goals or experiences related to financial stability (Financial Joy Grade check-ins)
• Feedback you share about products, services, or your own experience navigating financial systems

We will never require you to disclose a specific diagnosis or medical record to participate. Anything you share about your disability or health is always optional, and only collected when it directly helps us build something better for you.

What We Collect From Corporate Partners

When a company or institution submits a Partnership Inquiry, we collect what's needed to evaluate and manage that relationship:

• Company or institution name
• Contact name, title, work email, and phone number (if provided)
• Partnership tier of interest and any goals or context shared in the inquiry

Our corporate intake form opens a pre-filled email to our partnerships team rather than storing submissions in a separate database — so this information lives in our email correspondence with you, governed by the same protections described below.

How We Use This Information

• To notify individual members when the Directory, Summit, or Cohort opportunities launch
• To run the Monthly Financial Joy Giveaway
• To understand, in aggregate, what our community needs — so we can advocate for better products and hold companies accountable
• To evaluate, respond to, and manage partnership inquiries from corporate and institutional partners
• To invite individuals and partners to events, including the Grean Wealth Summit

We do not use individual community members' information to make decisions about their eligibility for benefits, credit, or any financial product. Grean is a resource and a marketplace guide — not a lender, advisor, or benefits administrator.

What We Don't Do

• We do not sell personal or corporate information to third parties.
• We do not share an individual's disability status or personal financial details with directory-listed companies without their explicit consent.
• We do not share one corporate partner's inquiry, pricing discussions, or business details with another without consent.
• We do not use blockchain or any permanent, unchangeable ledger to store data — information can always be corrected or deleted, for individuals and partners alike.

How Your Information Is Protected

We use encrypted, access-controlled tools to store data, and limit who on our small team can access it. As Grean grows, we will continue matching our security practices to the sensitivity of what we collect — including additional safeguards for anything related to health or disability status.

Cookies & Tracking

Our sign-up form is powered by MailerLite, which may use a small tracking pixel to confirm your subscription was successful. This does not track your activity across other websites.

Your Rights

• You can ask what information we have about you at any time.
• You can ask us to correct or delete your information at any time.
• You can unsubscribe from emails using the link in any message we send, or by contacting us directly.
