Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 20, 2026

Grean Wealth ("we," "us," "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the rights you have — including when that information relates to disability status, which we treat with extra care.

01

What We Collect

  • Contact information you provide, such as your name and email address.
  • Survey responses, including disability status and financial goals, when you complete our intake survey.
  • Program participation data, such as cohort enrollment (facilitator-led or self-guided) and program progress.
  • Basic usage data, if we add site analytics, such as pages visited and general location (city/region level).

Disability status is sensitive personal information under most state privacy laws. We collect it only with your knowledge, only through the survey you choose to complete, and we explain below exactly how it's used.

02

Why We Collect It

We use the information you provide to:

  • Select and enroll participants for Cohort One and future cohorts.
  • Communicate program updates, including the Summit and platform launch.
  • Understand the needs of the disability community so we can improve our programs.
  • Administer program incentives, such as program gifts and rewards.

Disability status is collected only to ensure our programs serve the community they're built for, and is never used for any other purpose without your separate, explicit consent.

03

Who We Share It With

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information in these circumstances:

  • Program partners, solely to administer program benefits like your monetary gifts.
  • Corporate sponsors, only in aggregate, non-identifying form (for example, "30 participants enrolled") unless you explicitly opt in to being introduced individually.
  • Service providers who help us operate, such as email or survey platforms, under agreements that limit their use of your data to providing that service.
  • Legal requirements, if we're required to disclose information to comply with the law.
04

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate information.
  • Delete your information.
  • Opt out of certain uses or sharing of your information.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details at the bottom of this page. We'll respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

05

How Long We Keep It

We keep your information for as long as needed to run our programs and communicate with you, or as required by law. If you ask us to delete your information and we have no legal obligation to keep it, we will.

06

Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No system is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your data at every step.

07

Children's Privacy

Our programs are intended for adults aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13, in accordance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). If we learn we've collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it.

08

Cookies & Tracking

If we add site analytics in the future, we'll use cookies or similar technologies to understand how visitors use our site. We'll update this section and, where required, ask for your consent before doing so.

09

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll post any changes here and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If changes are significant, we'll let you know directly.
